iPad was released. The jokes,too!!!

Hi everybody,

It's not a post about the presentations but as we talk about Steve Jobs and iPad, i want to share it with you.

Here is an example of iPad joke:

The iPad 100 pages Edition

Of course, Steve Jobs does not care about them and we will see together if iPad will be a new innovation or, as some said, it will be a shame for Jobs to preannounce the iPad as the most important thing he ever did.

See you

After Google’s Stand on China, U.S. Treads Lightly - NYTimes.com

After Google’s Stand on China, U.S. Treads Lightly - NYTimes.com:

"After Google’s Stand on China, U.S. Treads Lightly"

I'm posting this second article from the NY Times, not only because I think it should interest all of you, but also because of what I wanted to show you in the first article but which didn't work!

Here you can double-click on any word and get the definition and pronunciation (a little question mark should pop-up). It doesn't work on the front page but should work on most of the articles that you click through to, unless (tongue in cheek) I want to demonstrate it to you in class!

all the best

5 simple rules for creating world changing presentations

Office Powerpoint 2010 "Five Rules" sample presentation from Long Zheng on Vimeo.

YouTube - Apple Music Event 2001-The First Ever iPod Introduction:

"Apple Music Event 2001-The First Ever iPod Introduction"

You're all too young to remember the first ipod with a physical click-wheel.... but this is a good example of Steve Jobs presenting. It's also interesting to see how this product has changed! And of course firewire is now out and usb 2 (and soon 3) are in!

In 1991 Steve Jobs introduced the "iPod"...
Lots of information in less than 10 minutes...

Look at his slides... what do you think?
What are the questions he asks? Does he expect answers?
How does he present his data and the figures? Are they easy to understand? Why?

Please leave a comment.

Please leave a comment to let the group know what you think of this!
